Sun Island, it’s always our favourite hotel when we come to Kartika Plaza Bali.
Staff are really helpful and the rooms always comfortable.
Would definitely recommend to our friends and families for these accommodation and always love to go back at Sun Island ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was our second time stay at this hotel. All was good; Just try avoiding a room facing the street as it could be quite noisy at night. Overall, it's a good experience for us. Will probably come back whenever in Bali.

For swimming pools, many of the floors are cracked so it is prone to being hit by feet and can cause tears and bleeding.

Got a room in front of the pool, noisy if there are small children swimming. What I like is sleeping comfortably in the pool because I use King Koil.

the hotel is close to discovery mall.. 3 minutes walk. location on jalan raya kartika plaza.. although close to the road but the room is quite quiet especially those facing the swimming pool, the swimming pool is clean, the check in and check out process is smooth and fast. drinking water can be refilled from the dispenser in the hallway with glass bottles in the room. the room is spacious. got a balcony facing the swimming pool, clean toilet, safe hot water, strong shower, next time stay here again.. there is a car park in the basement.

The room comfort is very bad… stuffy and the cleanliness of the bed is not maintained. It does not reflect a 4-star hotel. It is a shame that such a strategic hotel is not managed well.
