The staff is very friendly, but the facilities don't match the photos, there's no TV, the AC can't get too cold even though the temperature has been set, there's no pool light, only one room light is on :(

The place is nice and clean, the staff is friendly and the food is good

The location is quite strategic even though it's at the end of the road but not far to the center of the gili market. The innkeeper was very kind and cooperative even though we had a booking error and they updated to reschedule. The private pool is really good but there are some lights that are dead and have asked the guards to change but not changed until we go home even though we stayed 3N 4D and the rooms are not cleaned every day.

nice hotel and staff. the place was quite good. no crowd but still near the center of the entertainment at the island.

Nice clean villa according to photos, good service, complete toiletries, functioning hot water, clean pool, cable TV and WiFi function, pretty good breakfast, complete facilities at an affordable price, highly recommended

Accommodation was clean, location very quiet, staff helpful. Definitely can recommend this place

The Staff are very unhelpful. TV Doesn't work the Staff can't fix it. The toilet doesn't work, the shower doesn't work. All the Staff say it can't be fixed. Very uncomfortable place to stay. The cleaning was bad. Over -all I would recommend the owner take more care of their place.

Cable TV is broken, electricity is off, water is dead. But the service from the hotel is very nice, friendly.

Towels not replaced and bathrooms do not provide toiletries.

We stay 2 nights starting on the 19th of jan 2016, fitting into the room, the room is nice just not d clean, dirty ... the water in the bathroom smells, finally we bathe in the pool the maids work sleep on..more water we have to In the toilet of the hotel waiter..di expected in the future to be repaired so that tourists who stay comfortable

Electricity keeps turn off. If in the midnight electricity off you have to wait till morning. The power is not enough. So it keeps turn off. Nice pool and room.

So quite and relaxing, yet so comfortable

Location near the beach, friendly service..rooms are clean..my kids love to play in the pool..thanks villa best friend
