I stayed from July 11-12. The hot water in the room didn't work, and the pool attendant wasn't very responsive in preparing swimming towels. The TV wasn't up to par for a 4-star hotel. The food selection was very limited. You had to pay to borrow an iron, while other hotels offer free service.

The staff is friendly, the service is pleasant, it's fun to stay here, it's child-friendly, there's a children's playground in front.

It needs a lot of updating, the toilet is brownish on the edges, it's already wobbly and ready to come off, even the sink faucet looks like it's about to come off, the room is dusty, as if it hasn't been cleaned for a long time and someone has been living there.

The access card to the new room was only available after going back and forth from the 6th floor to the lobby 4 times... this was also experienced by several guests who stayed on Saturday, July 5, 2025.

The hotel staff is friendly and very comfortable.

The swimming pool is dirty & no towels provided, when we stayed the soap was empty until we asked for a refill, the food is delicious with lots of variations

I didn't expect the stay experience to be in accordance with the reviews on the application. Breakfast was not tasty (overall tended to be salty), the first day many were finished, the fruit was a bit stale. The room had to be moved on the second day because the AC was not cold, the towels smelled musty, there was no soap when taking a shower. The room overall was quite spacious, not wide and not narrow. Not worth the price, not suitable as a 4-star hotel.

Stayed overnight, good hospitality, neat, lobby is quite luxurious and there is a welcome drink. However, the room was dim, the bathroom was poorly maintained, there were many damages due to age. National TV is not even a smart TV. Sandals must be requested. There is no guard at the swimming pool, can't borrow towels. The AC is also not cold enough, complained since the afternoon, left for dinner but not checked. Finally at 10 pm they moved after being called again, cleaned first, etc. But the service is okay, polite.

This is my first time staying at a hotel but the swimming pool can't be used and is dirty, then the first time I entered the room it smelled of cigarettes, it turned out the source was from the bathroom, after taking a shower the cigarette smell still didn't go away, the hot water in the bathroom also couldn't be turned on (I called the person and they said to wait a long time for it to get hot but after waiting a long time it still didn't come out hot, the refrigerator in the room wasn't turned on. The rest of the room was nice and clean.

easy check-in process, strategic location, hotel cleanliness is quite good

Room 305 is clean & comfortable. Staff is friendly & helpful. Breakfast menu is quite varied & delicious. Disadvantages: -Waiting for check in & entering the room for more than 1 hour in the lobby because the room was not ready & there was an error in the operational system -Towels were not available in the room when we checked in -The soap available was limited & ran out after 1 shower so I had to call the receptionist at night for a refill -TV works but many of the channels are blurry -No slippers in the room; I recently read in other reviews that it seems that slippers must be requested first before being provided However, the staff was very responsive and helpful when asked to provide some of the items above

The room is big and comfortable, only the swimming pool is not very clean, there is a lot of moss even though I chose this hotel because it has a swimming pool. When I stayed there, I was a little disappointed because the water was off, maybe this was unintentional. In the future, the maintenance of the electricity and water pump should be paid attention to more often.

During the stay on 10/05/2025 the water was off from dawn until check out time. Very unfortunate. Because the problem was not resolved quickly.

The water was off from dawn until check out. None of us hotel residents took a shower after checking out and all those who stayed were canceled.

Staying overnight was terrible. The water on all floors was off and there was no solution from management. We were even told to wait until check out time and there was no water. In the end, we even had to go home without taking a shower.

The hotel is good but too quiet.

1. lift ada 3 tapi yang bisa dipake cuma 1 2. sengaja pilih hotel yang ada kolam renangnya karna suami lagi kepengen banget berenang, eh ternyata lagi divacum, knp pas lagi tanggal merah gitu divacum pasti byk pengunjung ga sih? 3. sendal hotel mesti diminta dulu 4. tv ngga hidup, akhirnya ganti tv yg lain 5. ac ngga dingin padahal udah nomor 16 dan fan kenceng
