Friendly staff, spacious, clean and well-maintained hotel, well-maintained pool, strategic location, just walking distance to beach walk, Kuta beach, Bali bomb monument or Legian street, the only downside is there is no TV in the room, but everything offered is more than enough for a very affordable price, there is a new building construction project going on but we didn't feel disturbed at all.

Always stay here for kids. Big pool, hot water, staff is friendly and clean room

5 minutes walk to Kuta Beach.. Best location

The location is easy to access for a vacation to tourist attractions in the Kuta area and others, the place is very comfortable, quite complete, the staff service is also good, the room is ok for 2 nights to the mall, just walk to Kuta beach on foot, basically satisfied staying 2 nights here.

I just randomly chose this accommodation because I needed a transit place before going to Ubud. But surprisingly the hotel is that good with a fairly large parking lot and spacious and clean rooms.

only stayed for a day, it is recommended to choose a deluxe room because the room area is near the pool, because the last and lowest room got the rate chasing near the beachwalk, it's not very good and the hotel area is also under renovation.

The hotel app should have written keep silent. And suddenly we were shocked there because there were many silent signs in each room. And the hotel owner was also a bit rude.

staff only 2 to 3 people, no amethyst available other than towels, there is a leaking sink in room 109, stayed 3 days without changing towels and the room was never cleaned, there is no water or dispenser, this is a standard lodging/homestay not a hotel

Really enjoyed staying here for 7 nights, taking 4 rooms. The rooms are clean and comfortable, just lacking a TV. Because when I stayed this December it often rained. But overall it was okay. The price is very friendly but the hotel is not fake. Very strategic, everywhere is close. BeachWalk Mall, Kuta Beach, Grand Zero, Cafe and Resto, Mini Market, Spa, Artshops, all can be reached on foot. Overall it's really nice. Next time I go to Bali, I might stay here again, if the price hasn't gone up
