I felt comfortable staying at Garuda Hotel Pontianak. Later I will book a room again through Trapeloka, it's practical and easy.

I am happy to subscribe when staying at H. Garuda. The rooms are clean and have a view of the Kapuas toll road. What I like is that the only suggestion is to improve the TV broadcasts....

The view is great in the afternoon, watching the traffic activity on the Kapuas toll bridge

AC not cool, even use less cloth.😞 I think AC need replace or service & does not provide hangers for cloth.

Less comfortable and deposit is too high compared to room price

Overall the experience of staying at this hotel is very satisfying, especially for those who will depart or just arrive by Damri bus. The downside is even though I stayed on the 5th floor, but because of its strategic location it is a bit noisy with the sound of passing motor vehicles, especially at night...
