The room was very spacious and very comfortable. However, the AC couldn't be adjusted (it was probably broken), so it was incredibly cold. Poor my son, his hands felt like they were freezing.

(-) the kids were excited to swim. when we got there it turned out the adult pool was dirty, the water was murky like dawet water. it was ticklish to see. in the end we didn't go swimming.
(-) breakfast arrived at 9 am and it was all gone and not restocked. there were few variants. additional person 60k. too expensive for a variety of ordinary food.
(-) the hotel staff were not very friendly. if we passed each other, they didn't smile or greet us. even though there was only one elevator, the staff were quiet.
(+) even though the hotel is old, the rooms are still good and clean
