Everything was good, but at night the AC water leaked making it uncomfortable. The rest is okay.

The shower was broken. The room smelled really bad of cigarettes. Pungent. The AC was leaking. So the leaking AC water had to be collected. The room lights were dim. Before it was time to check out, the door was banged loudly just to ask if they wanted to continue or check out.

The service is okay, only the sheets and blankets are a bit smelly, what made me not expect it was that the bathroom was clean and the hot water was really good, the AC is also good, it's cold straight away even though it's an old model, the TV broadcast is also okay, my husband and I are okay staying here

The place and location are really good, but I don't like the conditions there, it's noisy, lots of voices shouting and banging on the door, the sound of footsteps running away and not sleeping peacefully.

Hotel nya Aman, Nyaman, bersih dan ac nya dingin walaupun wastafel kamar mandi yang pembuangan airnya masih ada yang bocor tapi sayang nonton tv di indosiar acara bola tidak ada (harus bayar paket). Wifi nya di lantai 3 tidak sampai ke lantai 3. Dekat dengan halte busway dan kota wisata. Pokoke Hotel nya Keren, Bagus Sekali.
