Clean hotel with doors and windows facing open areas, vehicle parking directly in front of the room door. Recommended for business or family vacation

Not good. No electrical plug. Dirty and a bit scary.

Sangat mengecewakan. Kamar bekas dipakai tidak dibersihkan.

Dengan harga segitu ternyata di luar ekspektasi, lingkungan hotel kotor, cenderung terlihat horror, AC tidak dingin, air panas tidak berfungsi, WiFi tidak ada, selimut tersimpan di lemari tapi kotor berdebu, harusnya management harus segera berbenah biar tidak makin terpuruk hotel ini kalah bersaing dengan hotel hotel di sekitarnya. Kemarin karena sudah capek aja terpaksa berhenti di Cepu karena perjalan dari Jakarta dan hanya hotel ini yang kosong, lainnya pada penuh, dengan harga yang cukup mahal ternyata yang didapat mengecewakan.

Our advice before hotel guests enter: 1. Spray the mattress, don't install it first. 2. Room amenities must be filled with soap, brushes, towels, blankets, drinking water, hangers, hot and cold water (almost not yet until guests have to wait 2 hours and they are not fulfilled either) 3. The toilet exhaust fan is also dead, not fixed, the toilet is a bit smell. 4. The waiter did not provide complete information about the condition of the hotel.

The hotel is poorly maintained, lots of dust, the pool is pretty good, the breakfast is normal.

Online prices are more expensive. The room is insect and stuffy. There are no table chairs on the terrace. The door is less tight, the TV is partially dry. Plus the water is smooth, the front parking space, decent breakfast, okay service.

AC water even goes into the room, making the floor of the room wet and flooded. there are also lots of mosquitoes in the room.

In the double bed messaging application, until the hotel is given twin beds because of receptionist knowledge that is minimal about the world of hospitality. Sticky floors, dirty rooms, dirty mattresses make gatel, bathrooms have cockroaches, the door to the room is also time to be replaced or at least repaired.
