First & foremost, I wanted to say thank you & your team esp Harry @ Hairy for his tip-top services during my stay at your place. I wanted to highlight a few things: 1. Rude security guards - during check in, the guard rudely ask me, why I wanted to be inside (fyi, I drive Perodua Viva) . Is there any rules that I cannot go in without luxury car? - During the night, I just came back from firefly watching. This guard is ruder (I think a different guy). He didn’t allow me to enter. To be improved: post our vehicle’s reg number on the door, so that your staffs can see it. Or maybe put a card system, just wave it. 2. Channel TV I had better experience with 3 stars hotel with full Astro channel. Yours are not complete & the Astro never exist. Your technician did come but he said IT will come to fix it. But it seems no one turned up until I checked out. 3. Dirty flower (with lizard) on the dining table during breakfast. 4. Buggy driver Harry is a good driver, I give him 10/10 stars. However, we did have another 2 unknown name driver. They are quite rude (not smile & making mad faces to my mom who walked very slow) 5. Dinner Too little of choices 6. Breakfast need to queue until the table is vacant. Did ask for buggy but the driver didn’t turn up. Suggestion: should use the dinner restaurant to accommodate the guests. 7. Private pool When I booked this villa, it’s stated with private. Unfortunately, there is none. Better check your hotel details before advertising it. Thank you.
