Khách sạn không dọn sạch trước khi khách vào. Nhận phòng sớm hơn lễ tân báo tính thêm 10% của ngày đó, đến lúc thanh toán thì tính giá gần bằng ngày hôm đó ( 7h-14h + ngày hôm đó. Tính ra ngày đó tốn gần gấp đôi)

The hotel is super dirty, and noisy in the night. I just stayed one night but couldn't stand anymore. The location is very far away from the central. Highly not recommend.

Reasonable price, nice room, clean modern wc, multi-channel TV, full refrigerator, fan, air conditioner, enthusiastic and friendly staff. Location near West Lake, near Circle K, near gas station. Every corner in room 202 has mosquitoes, hope the hotel can fix it, the rest is perfect.

Lovely hotel staff. At 3:00 in the morning, the plane arrived still open and only went to buy instant noodles to eat.
