From the beginning of check-in to check-out, the hotel staff always served us with a smile and were polite, plus the clean room made us feel like we were at home, the parking was also great.

Hotel service is good. Everything is prepared and responsive when needed.

I booked this room for my staff who happened to come to visit MKS. They liked the service and facilities.

The sheets are a little less clean

when I first arrived the staff was not friendly, I asked for a non-smoking room as I wrote in the application but the staff just kept quiet. I have given a note when booking a room requesting a non-smoking room but when I entered I smelled cigarette smoke + there was an ashtray which fortunately was empty. the hotel is not professional, the towels are already dirty and yellow but are still used.. at least the edges of the towels should be tidied up and washed clean so that they are suitable for use by hotel guests. the hotel also does not provide a drinking water heater, no coffee, tea, and sugar. the toiletries are only toothbrushes and toothpaste, no shampoo and soap.

Best, recommend for having a staycation, the room is very clean and very comfortable.

please give better briefing to the staff, especially the male receptionist who is very rude to talk to. and the breakfast staff restricted me from taking breakfast, even though I was the one eating, not someone else. my stay experience this time was not pleasant. unlike before I was very comfortable, that's why I stayed here for the second time but instead got unpleasant service.

The room is spacious and nice but the mattress is dusty, there are no bathroom facilities (soap, toothbrush, toothpaste) for the price of 600 thousand rupiahs, it is not recommended.
