So disappointed, during our first night, right after we checked-in, just after we go inside our room, one new guest is attempting to go inside our room, telling we have the same room number. Then, we received calls from the front desk telling that there are very sorry because they experienced glitch on their system. Then, second night, past 11, we were already sleeping, tired with the whole day event we attended, we even click the button for display “do not disturb”. Do not disturb, because we don't want to be disturbed. Then, suddenly someone is knocking on the door saying “room service”. They mistakenly pick our room for that purpose. So unfortunately, we woke up because of that disturbance. We cannot go back to sleep anymore. At the end, napuyat kami because of that incident. 🥱😴😬😓.
