The room was nice and comfortable. Service is good but slow. Maybe that is where it needs improvement. Needs more cleanliness at rooms as well specially the glass door. Other than that place is accessible and we enjoy staying there. We will go back soon.

The room is okay. Just need to clean the room thoroughly, I am seeing dark spots on the bathroom. No floor mat, need to request and no towel readily available need to request as well. Shet. Wifi is too POOR. But the breakfast is somehow good.

So disappointed, during our first night, right after we checked-in, just after we go inside our room, one new guest is attempting to go inside our room, telling we have the same room number. Then, we received calls from the front desk telling that there are very sorry because they experienced glitch on their system. Then, second night, past 11, we were already sleeping, tired with the whole day event we attended, we even click the button for display “do not disturb”. Do not disturb, because we don't want to be disturbed. Then, suddenly someone is knocking on the door saying “room service”. They mistakenly pick our room for that purpose. So unfortunately, we woke up because of that disturbance. We cannot go back to sleep anymore. At the end, napuyat kami because of that incident. 🥱😴😬😓.

Delay check in. We are there 1:45 pm. Our reservation is 2 pm but the staff/receptionist was to late. We already entered the room at 3:10 pm. I pay for family room with breakfast. 3 adult and 2 kids inclusion but when we there for breakfast they ask for additional payment for 2 kids.

Service is not good. From the time of check-in, we have waited almost an hour and keep on saying that the rooms are still for checking. Their maintenance are not good either. We have waited for 2hours for the complimentary items like water, towels, etc. And we have left the unit for 4hrs so they can clean up, but no changes when we're back. We will not recommend this hotel though it is cheaper than other.

We stayed for two nights. Staffs are very accommodating. The location is very accessible to transportation and restaurants. The room is not too spacious though it ' s okay. When we entered the room I noticed that there were no towels and slippers provided but when I informed them they immediately provided us with additional toiletries. However I hope that next time we don't have to inform them of what is missing in the room. It was a fun stay and we will surely visit again. Thank you!

Unstable internet connection then no netflix either It's just a suggestion that they put a xiaomi mi box on their TV like in other hotels so that they can enjoy watching TV and hopefully put access to netflix.

The room is nice, clean, quiet, and complete with toiletries and complimentary. The breakfast is limited but still fine. The pool water is so cold. Can't stay for long swimming. But the location is so strategic. Near transport terminals, malls, restaurants and more.

We waited for 3 hours before we were given a room! Lots of people already waiting in the lobby. Obviously they never anticipated the large number of clients which they should have since almost all booked days prior to their schedule. The worst hotel ever! The manager didn't approached us and made extra effort to appease the waiting customers. Then they would require you to make a 1,000 deposit! Why is that so? I'm never going back to this hotel!

My family stayed there overnight and they said the room and amenities were great but the staff, not much. They requested for a room upgrade but it took them an hour before they actually entered the room (even though there are not much customers checking in during that time) because one of the staff took the keys and went somewhere else. There seems to be a miscommunication between the staff which made my family wait that long. It's been a while since I gave a the app review but it seems like the points system for hotel amenities and the service is gone so I'll do it here manually. 🙂 A 7 for the room, its cleanliness, and accessibility, but totally a 2 for customer service, which covered a bad check in/out experience (parents told me they felt rushed during the check-out) Plus their online customer service lines (via facebook and email) are non-responsive.

We planned to watch youtube videos, movies, and vlogs on TV so we booked an executive room. We are expecting that our room has a smart TV because we paid a premium price. To our dismay, the TV in our room only has a basic TV with less than 10 free channels that are blurry. We called the front desk to ask why our room does not have a smart TV. To our dismay, the receptionist told us that not all rooms have a smart TV. So disappointing. We paid for an executive room but it has no smart TV. We felt that we were short-changed. We booked last July for an executive room and the room that they gave us has a smart TV. We thought that all executive rooms have a smart TV so we booked again last October.
