The presidential suite room was damp, the AC walls were peeling, and the VIP room was quite okay but unfortunately there were a lot of ants, and the water in the sink sometimes came out a bit dirty.

It's still ok if it's just for sleeping, soap and shampoo are not refilled. Maybe renovations need to be done because many floors are broken and lifted. The staff should be more informative, for example double or single bed type rooms, smoking or non-smoking rooms. Hopefully it can be better in the future.

The corridor's tile floor is rising & the ceiling is falling. The room looks dull. The window can be opened, suitable for free fall & suicide after smoking in the room.

I booked for 2 nights. There were cockroaches in the bathroom when I entered, the sheets and pillowcases smelled musty and were a bit dirty. After asking for it to be cleaned, it smelled good. But the cleanliness of the bathroom was very, very questionable. The size of the presidential suite is far from what I usually get.

The location is very, very strategic. From the outside it looks luxurious, the staff and security guards are incredibly friendly and very helpful. However, the rooms are dilapidated and not maintained. The smell of cigarettes was strong from entering the lobby to the rooms. Very, very unfortunate.

Check-in at 14.00 until 3 o'clock, the person was still told to wait and hadn't cleaned it because the cleaner was still on break. Simply put, if you don't want to wait, look for another hotel.
