This place is good for stay whether with family or not. The staff is so friendly (including the parking staff) and the room is clean. Please put some fragrance in the room. Overall, 5 stars from me.

hotel staff: okay, friendly enough room condition: the sheets look a bit dull, maybe it's time to replace them with new ones around the hotel there are lots of snacks or food so don't be afraid if you're hungry or want to find something to eat, the price of the food is standard, stalls are close, Indomaret is close to Malioboro only 10 minutes by motorbike, 12 minutes by car

The parking lot is very spacious, several large buses can fit in. There are many heavy food and snack vendors around the hotel and you can walk, of course typical Jogja for only 10 thousand and you will be full hahaha. The hotel is in a row of large Islamic boarding schools in Krapyak. To Malioboro is only 3 kilometers. Will definitely come back here.

Worth the price. Comfy bad, strategic place, easy access, a lot of food stalls nearby. Unfortunately, there was dirt on the curtains which looked like animal feces.

The location is very strategic. Everywhere is close. Finding any food is easy. Also close to Ali Maksum's cottage.

Breakfast facilities are not available.

The bathroom really smells, the room is stuffy.

Everything is good and satisfactory but the equipment looks old and needs to be replaced with a new one.

The rooms are spacious, clean, just great.

The hotel staff are friendly, but the bed is not so good, the pillows are very dirty, the sheets are also stained with lots of stains, blood and others, the white sheets have changed color because they are so dirty, the white towels have turned brown and rough, I don't know how many years they haven't been changed, sorry I won't be back here, yesterday I was forced because all the hotels were full. "Please improve cleanliness, at least change the sheets and towels 🥹🥹 😪 even though the location is strategic, close to everywhere.

Kalau dari fasilitas mungkin kurang ya. Misalnya di kamar tidak ada lemari atau meja kerja jadi susah untuk meletakkan pakaian. Hanya ada meja samping. Handuk sudah lusuh, tidak dikasih pasta gigi dan tidak ada shampo. Untuk harga 500 ribuan permalam walaupun di hari libur lebaran tetap mahal. Saya menginap di sini karena hotel yang lain sudah penuh. Untungnya lokasi bagus di tengah kota dan sekeliling hotel banyak yang jual makanan serta sebrang indomaret persis.

Kamar bersih rapi, lokasi mudah dijangkau, parkir mobil cukup.
