Not friendly at all. I stayed overnight for my graduation ceremony, I gave permission to the guard and at the same time apologized if the makeup at 4 am the guard said actually it was really annoying. Maybe it's my fault for rushing to book without looking at the reviews. But if the intention is only for boarding houses, it's better if boarding houses don't become a homestay inn. 1 star not friendly at all.

This was a rented daily house, the reception was bad, because the gate was open so I went in but the guard and I were reprimanded and had to pack first (no signage at the entrance). If the gate is locked at night, it's hard to get in and out. Room not cleaned (stay 2 nights, no mineral water on day 2). It's just uncomfortable and not recommended. Oh yes there is a night, and if you want to leave at dawn you should report the guard with his room behind. I used to stay at a cheaper price with better service, this was the worst accommodation I had when I booked a stay.

The owners and caregivers are friendly, the auto-fragrant clean room is delicious.

I chose a new room on the second floor. basic, clean rooms with ethnic wood interiors and parquet floors, air conditioning, TV, hot water all functioning. The location is quite strategic for foraging out or ordering online. Malang is really cold but it is helped by the blanket which is given up to 3 layers. It's really worth it at that price, so yes I recommend this place!
