Not good. I had the national guard come and search my room and i was being accused of smoking when they searched and i had nothing.

It was very close to macroplaza insurgentes where you can find a wallmart and many places where to eat

It didn't have air conditioning and I went up the stairs to the third floor.

Staff was great rooms were clean but I didn't like the fact that when I reserved the room there was no option to say I wanted a room with an air conditioner. So of course our 1st night was horrible very very hot but they they switch us to another room with air conditioner the following day

This hotel was badly kept, filled with roaches and mosquitos. Cheap blankets and no AC. Costumer service was poor and inefficient.

Comfortable Until time to go to “Try to Sleep “. It’s Unbelievable the employees have No Consideration Nor respect for tenants😡 Even past midnight talking LOUDLY while cleaning rooms, got up at 4:45am and Took off! Would Not stay again nor recommend to anyone…

We had a late check in but when we went to go check in the rude lady at the desk said it was to late and that we could no longer check in! We had already paid in full our room but she still said she could not give us a room because she didn’t have any available. We have done late check in with no problems before

2 Stars when its cold or hot, comfortable bed, old but clean sheets, dresser and table, TV with some nude programing, hot water. They hold your license, no Heat or AC, Noise from construction and highway, no elevator to third floor

2.5 Star when its cold or hot. 3 Star when weather is good. No A/C, fan provided, No heating, Extra blankets available , Comfortable Bed, Dresser, 110v outlet, TV and some free nude programing, Hot water, some noise from construction and highway, bring ear plugs, food stand near by, has parking and 5 min drive or taxi to big shopping mall

Horrible room, mosquito’s swarming and the place was very noisy. TV wasn’t working.

the only thing I liked about this place was the city view at night. they give you a control for the tv and a control for the a/c but both controls with out the batteries cover, and when you try to turn the a/c it doesn't work, now when you try to find something to watch on the TV there is no signal, you have to call the receptionist so they sent the security guard, yes he turned on the power for the a/c but he goes to get a different tv control, and finally he says there is no signal must be the system, so we couldn't watch tv, there was no hand soap no toilet paper no shampoo I called again the receptionist for that and they sent only toilet paper, you have to leave your driver's license so they can give you the room key, when you leave the property for any reason you have to turn in the key so you can get your drivers license back

I enjoyed the location and the view. the rooms were average, the service was average, and it was clean. We had all we need for our stay.

Everything is in really mad shape. The king size bed is on the floor. Mosquitoes everywere in the room.

There’s four floors and no elevators. Rooms and furniture are run down. There’s no AC in the rooms and the windows don’t have the mesh screens to be able to open them without having the entire window open. Lots of mosquitos in the room.

The hotel is not a 5-star and I knew that coming in. In addition, it’s advertised as family friendly- it’s not! What I didn’t know is that this it’s the type of establishment where a room can be rented by the hour. (If you know, you know). Free porn is available on TV which I’m guessing it enhances your stay if the room is being used for anything else than sleeping. Luckily our kids were not with us. My husband and I arrived late on a Friday night. Check in clerk was very unfriendly- almost robotic. Our room was in the tower closest to the street. VERY noisy!! We didn’t sleep much. The windows are paper thin. The comforter had cigarette burn and the sheets were stained. At 8am, not sure what was going on but someone decided to start fixing a gate of some sort and it was super loud! Needless to say, I won’t be staying here again!

It is very expensive compared to what you get and others hotel in Tijuana. There is no AC in room, old towels, to get wifi you need to stand outside the room. Never going back, I recommend city express better value for your money even it is $10 more. Reception doesn’t speak English at all.
