Our six night stay was perfect. Our host, Luis Silva, was very kind and helpful, providing recommendations and technical help with the heating unit. The bed was very comfortable (dense memory foam), the entire apartment was spotless and comfortably appointed. The location was perfect with easy walking access to São Bento station and metro, Minipreço market, and lots of good cafés. I recommend Porto Spot highly. But know the climb is steep up the street, as are the building's stairs. No elevator. We are seniors, so we just went slowly :) and it was very worthwhile.

We weren't aware that there would be shared lounge kitchen and that the bathroom had to be accessed via the central area. We were ok with it, others might not have been. I would stay here again.

Great location, very friendly welcome. Rooms were clean and to a good standard - comfy beds, spacious, TV, aircon etc.

That room is just a room inside a two bedroom apartment with detached bathroom nd kitchen. But we were able to switch that room for an apartment upstairs for 20 more euro per day

Très bon séjour. L'appartement est bien situé, proche du métro quand on arrive de l'aéroport, proche des restos et le centre ville rapide. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien décorées, la pièce de vie est un peu petite. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Locaaizacion muy buena. Incomodo compartir el apartamento has atravesar un espacio compartido con otro usuario para ir al lavabo, no es grave.

Foi uma estadia excelente. O quarto tinha excelentes condições e estava muito bem localizado.

Muy recomendable, está muy bien situado, todo muy limpio y renovado. Luis encantador, muy pendiente de que disfrutaramos de la estancia pero de forma muy prudente. Seguro q volveremos pronto

Close to Trindade station, very friendly owner, clean room although the shower space is a bit small but OK. If I have a chance to come back Porto, I will stay here.

El apartamento esta bastante bien, ya que nosotros solo lo queriamos para dormir. Pero hay que especificar bien las cosas y poner que es un apartamento con cocina y salon compartido.

Un apartamento moderno, limpio, céntrico y agradable porque no hay ruidos y se descansa muy bien. Luis te explica al llegar todo y está siempre disponible, ademas es muy amable. Si vuelvo a Oporto repetiré el alojamiento de Luis.

Siamo stati accolti con indicazioni precise dal proprietario, un signore attempato ma molto gentile. La struttura funzionale, pulita e in pieno centro. Vacanza perfetta.

No sabia porque tampoco lo ponía que el comedor y la cocina eran compartidos.

O prédio é antigo, mas o apartamento é todo reformado, muito bom. A localização também é excelente.
