Fast check in process. The receptionist was friendly. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. The room I stayed in, 207, was in the corner with a large window. The location of the hotel is very strategic, close to Bandar Tasek Selatan Integrated Train Station and also the Bus Terminal. A slight disadvantages is that because the location of the hotel is close to a big road so there is noise, but for me it doesn't matter.

Friendly staff, to get to the nearest terminal it takes 10 minutes from the hotel. For bottled water, only the ones in the hotel are provided, if it runs out, refill it at the dispenser because here they are not given bottled water if we stay for several days.

Close to large stations and terminals

Strategic location, just walking distance to the hotel. The room is also clean & quite comfortable.

The hotel is very strategic about 20minutes walking distance to terminal bersepadu selatan. The room is clean, big enough, just like good enough if you are looking just for sleeping. Downstairs got restaurant I think its indian cuisine.

Nice& clean room, good location, close to LRT station

Nice room, comfortable, but access to TBS is far, winding even though it is very close.

Overall is good experience, just the toilet lock is damage and unable to lock.

Free refill of drinking water gallons at the hotel, got a room in the middle and had no windows, I think it's not good. But overall the room is clean, the service is okay.

Find small bugs inside the room, not so clean, the good point is location near TBS which still need to walk around 15 minutes.

The room is finished, it's just that if you want to iron your clothes, you have to go downstairs, people are not ready to iron on every floor,

Staff was very kind and helpful. Even though only 2 or 3 star hotel, this hotel is very nice and easy to go to the restaurant and shop. This hotel also very safe.

Sangat mengecewakan, sudah late check in tapi kamar belum ready, reception di malam hari tidak polite sekali, kamar tidak dibersihkan. Reception malam tidak memberikan solusi.
