The location is very strategic. Located on Penang Road, the heart of George Town. Close to everywhere. The room and bathroom are also clean. But a bit noisy on Saturday night, we were disturbed by loud music from around the hotel.

Senang dihotel ini! Kamar family nya besar banget, banyak tempat makannya, recommended deh kalo dipenang 👍.

Sudah ke 2x saya di hotel ini. Kamar sangat luas dan bersih, dekat juga dengan berbagai macam kuliner. Lingkungan nya area hotel semua. Dkt mall prangin. Saya kalo ke penang tidak ke hotel mana-mana lagi, hotel oriental saja sudah memuaskan

Kamar nya besar, ada kursi duduk dan meja nyaman, ada meja dan kursi duduk bisa untuk kerja, banyak makanan di depan hotel, samping nya ada supermerket gama. Ok banget lah, harga juga murah.

Hotelnya bersih, dekat ke tempat makan. Sayang kalau malam agak berisik. Resepsionisnya ramah.

Pelayanan, hotel dan lokasi bagus, semua bagus. Cuma sayang air di kamar mandi lambat. Tidak kencang.

The front office is very kind and friendly. Location at the end of Culia street. Very strategic. Close to halal food, Nasi Kandar Hameediyah, Be hwa Cafe, Soup Hameed, and Roti Goyang and my din gift shop.

Look old but inside the room feel better since renovated, that is too near the clubbing area, noisy until 3am.

Spacious room, friendly staff, hotel little old but still pretty good will go there again when I reach penang with my family.

Need brighter lights, because everything is a bit dim. The room we stayed in was a bit dark, there was one light bulb that didn't work.

I like everything here, the service from reception, rooms, asking to change rooms, change sheets, everything is okay. Even though it's a bit noisy near the bar, it's not a problem, it's a risk if the hotel is near a bar. Location near Chowrasta & Maydin market, next time stay here again.

Very good place for family and lancong.

Ditarik 13 RM padahal sudah bayar tax seharusnya cuma 2 RM lagi barang facial lancome tertinggal bisa hilang padahal saya sudah suruh teman ambil.

The room is spacious, finding food is not difficult, there is no soap, no shampoo, no toothpaste, the receptionist is very helpful, overall is good.

Receptionist nya ngajak ribut tamu. Tidak akan datang lagi.

Officer officer, clean room, near to shopping, nice price.

The hotel is close to minimarkets and places to eat, you just have to walk everywhere. The room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is also clean, spacious and has hot water 👍.

Lokasi sangat strategis di pusat kota dan banyak jajanan kuliner, kelemahan ada diskotik di depan tapi bagi saya tidak berpengaruh, pelayanana baik dan ramah.
