All good, but the phone is not working so i can’t place a food order

This hotel is amazing! I have stayed here twice, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable. The location is strategic, lots of cafes and next to Tempo Gelato. Highly recommend.

The hotel is clean, with a varied breakfast, but the room is small because it's a studio, but the AC is cool and the Wi-Fi is fast. The swimming pool is clean, and it's still quiet when you arrive at 6am, making it feel like a private pool. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Overall, there are more positives. Highly recommended. Good 👍👍

The swimming pool is comfortable & clean. For the sheets and pillowcases in the room are worn out and dirty, please pay attention to their cleanliness, in fact it would be better to replace them with new ones because the color is very faded. For the female receptionist staff who are a bit grumpy, please be more friendly and flexible to guests whoever they are. The food is quite varied, but the taste should be improved, the spices are not bold enough Thank you

Bedsheets, pillowcases, mats are dull, not white. The bathroom smells of sewers. The room is not soundproof, sounds from outside can be heard. The dispenser has no cold water. The food is not tasty, the variety is lacking. The location is good, but security precedes the guest car parking for Tempo Gelato, not for hotel residents.

The frontliner is very friendly and provides solutions, thanks Mbak Dwike (if I'm not mistaken, her name is wearing a black and white shirt), the room is as described, what's important for me is that it's clean, cleaned every day (I stayed for 3 nights), the hotel food is delicious, I ordered it several times to be delivered to my room, the portions are large, the price is affordable in my opinion compared to most hotels, easy access to the swimming pool until 22.00, spacious parking, also helped by souvenirs from the men in front. Really TOP, I want to stay here again in the future😊
