We love staying at the Colton House and really enjoy the property overall and location in South Austin. Quiet, clean and more boutique like. We do wish they had a more extensive menu for lunch and snacks throughout the day.

This is a great property that we’ll visit again.

Great property but off the beaten path.

This hotel is a hidden gem, so close to the nightlife in downtown , minutes. The room was very comfortable, I really liked the bar area, and swimming pool. The swimming pool is not very big but perfect for catching some sun and cooling off. Plenty of loungers and or lounging area at the pool. Check in was great, The hotel was very clean with secure parking in the garage. I will stay there again when visiting Austin.

I stayed in a two bedroom room and it was lovely. My friend and I tried Simona's for coffee and breakfast and it was delicious both days. Highly rcommend location, staff, and food.

We loved the pool area surrounded by wonderful greenery. The bar/coffee shop next to the pool so refreshing. Our room had everything we ever wanted in a hotel and we plan to make this our main accommodation for every visit to Austin!

We loved this hotel. Such a fun experience place. Well designed and beautiful. Close to so many great restaurants and shopping.

Good stay at a cool hotel. Rooms were well laid out, service was good, great bar, nice pool. Only negative, they do not offer daily turndown

Brilliant property. Apartment was well appointed and spacious for our family. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location next door to a H-E-B to get supplies.

The entire staff was great. The bartenders on the evening shift were the best! They were super friendly and very funny! We're definitely staying at The Colton House on all of our trips to Austin.

Loved this stay! Only complaint was parking. Paid $35 and couldn’t park inside the garage for a while. People visiting the bar were blocking the EV chargers as well.

The room was great, we got the studio and there was a full sized fridge and microwave which was awesome since we had leftovers from eating out. The cafe “Simona’s” was amazing as well, Von made us custom cocktails that were some of the best drinks I’ve ever had. I will definitely be returning the next time I’m in Austin!

Colton House is beautiful. The room was beyond welcoming. Wish we could have stayed to enjoy to its fullest.

Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Beautiful patio and hotel. Super safe with keys needed for elevators and front doors after 7 pm. Felt safe, secure and gorgeous setting.

Stylish property with lots of ammenites in rooms and on the property. Variety of room options. Great location near SoCo and Travis Heights.
