The support staff is not enthusiastic, making customers waste a lot of time without being able to rest. The cheap rooms have a foul smell and the air is stuffy. I hope the hotel pays attention to the issue of personnel trending. It is too impolite and contemptuous of customers.

The old moldy room was 4 stars on the app but when booked, it was transferred to the motel behind which was not worth 1 star. The hallway didn't even have electricity and had to use a phone light at night. When I arrived, the staff kept emphasizing that I would have to stay in the house behind which there were photos on the app. The photos on the app were probably taken when it was newly built and had to be edited through 100 apps to be as clean as that. I experienced it once and will never go back.
