In terms of comfort, the room is quite good, but the bathroom is very dirty and the heater looks like it's time to clean it because when it first comes on, there's an unpleasant smell coming from the direction of the heater.

Strategic location, if the goal is just to rest after touring Batu City then this guest house is the right choice. The property is quite clean, towels and bath soap are provided, the owner is friendly and helpful. Only yesterday the check-in process took a long time even though my order had been declared in, there was hot water, in the description it used AC but only a fan, maybe it could be revised and it wouldn't be a problem because Batu City is already cold without AC. Local and clear TV channels, Wifi okay, Overall okay. Thank You.

Near the mosque and main road, there is parking and the officers are friendly.
