I won't be coming back. I intended to rest but ended up just taking a shower. So I booked another hotel because the shower didn't work and leaked everywhere. The mattress sank. It felt like sleeping on a metal bed. The towels were no longer towel-like. The curtains had changed color and were unclear.

Check-in service is fast and doesn't take long

The middle of the mattress sagged, making my body ache when I slept. The blanket was thin and the sheets were dirty.

The staff is friendly, but the cleanliness is really lacking, there is no bathroom mat provided, moreover the bathroom door cannot be closed, plus the walls are full of mold, even though there is a rule not to dirty the walls but the walls were already moldy from the start, honestly in my opinion it is a bit lacking,.. there are no towels, soap, toothpaste provided so it is a bit troublesome if you don't bring supplies from the start, the room is quite thin so if there are neighbors who open and close the door it sounds a bit noisy especially at night, hopefully it will be fixed again

The mattress is unusable, like it was bought from a scavenger. The TV works but I can't use it. No amenities.

Unsuitable room, very dirty.

The location is great — right in the city center. But the apartment building itself feels eerie and poorly maintained, even though it’s relatively new. The room condition is also neglected and definitely needs maintenance. There were moldy spots on the walls. The bed was basically just the frame without a topper. The blanket and bedsheet were dirty and not in good condition. Only one towel was provided, and there were two bottles of mineral water. No amenities at all. The AC was decently cool. However, the staff didn’t come across as someone in the hospitality industry, and the security/parking attendant was rude. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place. But considering the price, I guess it’s… acceptable.

1. The hotel staff is friendly, thank God 2. The apartment building is mainly sad, it seems new but for now it seems poorly maintained. The entire shophouse is only occupied by 1, that too for hotel check-in. Minimal lighting for outside the apartment. The first impression is parking in the apartment basement, dark and lack of maintenance. 3. The room where I stayed, the mattress is no longer soft. The sheets are very dirty as if they haven't been washed and even smell. There is cigarette ash in the corner of the room behind the door. The bathroom floor is slippery. The lights are not bright enough. Thank God the water is flowing smoothly. The AC is quite cold. The TV remote is broken. This is really funny HAHAHAHA. Only lent 1 small towel, no soap, no toothbrush + toothpaste, no shampoo. It's really sad, really. It's a shame that something like this is not noticed. If things like this are not fixed, how can we get more guests?

The mattress is all iron, there is no foam anymore. It's terrible.
