Overall a very good stay, even though price is slightly on the higher side. Room was clean and spacious, hotel was connected to the mall and also staff was good

One big bottle of mineral water is given per room. Spoon is wooden type and not sealed for hygiene. Parking is not free for in-house guests. Room is good size with a long sofa. No pen or paper for writing. Others are normal in the bathroom. Many plug points which is good. TV channels are limited.

New hotel beside a mall, gym, and pool facilities are good. Room spacious, bed very comfortable, breakfast is good. Very nice view for those staying from the poolside. Outside the hotel, there is a durian seller you should give a try. Avoid evening rush hour traveling as the traffic is similar to Fairmont Hotel Senayan traffic conditions.

Good that its connected to paradigm mall. The bedroom is spacious. Everything was provided in the room - mineral bottle, toiletries, even mini fridge. The hot water in the shower is good too. Easy to check in too.

Not our first with Hyatt and we have been with Hyatt for most of our getaways in JB. Thanks Hyatt for your hospitality and efficiency. You have the best frontline staff, especially those in customer-facing roles, salute! Their interaction with guests delivers quality service. All the best!

Room has a luxurious feel. Spacious, very comfortable. Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious.

The hotel reception was on the 7th Floor, checking in was fast, staffs were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was very good, should not be miss. My room assigned was 1211 King sized bed with pool view was big, good for family of four. Both the bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The only facilities I had used was the gym, new and not crowded. Getting a grabcar ride is easy and fast. I will stay here again for my future JB trips. The hotel free wifi is great, very fast. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

Smooth check in, easy to express check out. Room so big for 3 people, bed king size + 1 sofa bed. Bed is very comfy make us relax while sleep. Downstairs is big mall paradigm. Nearby to JPO only 30 mins

Stayed for 1 night. Cannot review much. But the room is spacious, quite clean. I had a good sleep, comfortable room. Might be back and stay longer next time

It was my first time here in Hyatt Place. Room was clean & tidy. Reception was accommodating. Staff were super friendly & service was superb. Main highlight for me has got to be the breakfast spread. It was so yummy & kids friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. Looking forward to stay here again.

There was a leak in our room toilet and it was rectified fast. We will b a return customer.

Fast check in. Service with a smile. Facilities are relatively new. Family friendly. Sofa bed was a huge plus since I have 2 kids. Hotel breakfast might boast might not have the most spread but it ' s sufficient and all the buffet spread taste was great. Pool facilities is properly maintained but wish it have a proper steps marking towards the jacuzzi area since you might hit the edges and can be abit painful at times. Overall will recommend families to stay here due to the mall accessibility and family friendly environment.

The hotel with the best rooms and facilities in JB. Close to the mall and not far from Senai airport.
