The room next to the AC blower was very noisy. I asked if there were any empty rooms. They said there weren't any. Even though it was 9:00 PM, there were rooms being cleaned. If there were any and they needed an upgrade, why didn't they just let me know? Why did they say there weren't any other rooms?

the location is strategic, it's only on the 5th floor, scary, delicious, they say it's close to the haunted floor, the 6th floor, last night I just remembered that I couldn't sleep. then there was no bathroom mat, no soap, only a towel, and even then I had to ask for it first, maybe because the price was cheap so there weren't complete facilities.

According to the price, there is no wifi, the TV only works with sound, it has been reported as unresponsive, there are cockroaches in the bathroom, if you only stay for 1 or 2 days it's okay, if it's more than that, try looking for another hotel that is a bit more comfortable... with a slightly more expensive price.

From the room service staff who are very rude, the room smells of cigarettes all night, the sheets are dirty, there are lots of cockroaches, the AC is like a heater, Jakarta using a heater is a nightmare, you can't sleep all night even though you have to pray tomorrow morning.

The room is creepy, towels have to be requested, the water comes out very small, there is no soap and toothbrush. The rest is not peaceful, check out at 6 am. The quality is comparable to the price.

the service is very lacking, when entering the room the room was full of puddles of water, the bathroom was dirty, there was even leftover bar soap, the bed was hard, dirty, there were cockroaches on the bed. the air conditioner was like a fan, in fact the fan was colder than the air conditioner. don't expect much either, with a budget of 100 thousand but at least there is a mat & towel the AC is not cold & suddenly turns off like using a timer, there is no wifi, the TV only has 2 channels and no sound. hopefully it can be better
