I booked for a friend. She said it was much better than the one she had previously stayed at.

the hotel was inside,but still ok not that bad.

Comfortable, appropriate to the situation, friendly staff. Coffee and tea are available. Only on the third floor there are no spoons. There are windows on both sides so in the morning you can turn off the AC and open the windows. The air is fresh even though it's in the city center.

Smart TV, can watch YouTube. Good internet speed. Water heater with LPG system available. Cold AC. Hot and Cool dispenser available with granulated sugar and coffee. Recommended room size for 2 adults. The width of the stairs is only enough for 1 person when passing through it. The water is very fast and the spray is very strong. There is a sink.

the room provided does not match the offer, very disappointing

Quite pleasant for the price listed. Advantages: 1. Facilities are worth it according to the price starting from TV, Wifi, comfortable bed, AC, coffee, gallon water, towels, and soap. 2. Location is close to the station and Malioboro, it is not difficult to find food and daily necessities. 3. It may look ordinary from the outside because it is inside the room, but the rooms are already modern models inside Disadvantages: 1. If you get a high floor, it takes quite a bit of energy to climb the stairs because there is no elevator. 2. There is no parking for cars, even motorbikes are on the alley at risk of getting rained on, and you are not allowed to ride motorbikes in the alley, aka push them to/from the main road 3. No toothbrushes and shampoo 4. Less free to pray (for Muslims) because there is no special place. Pray next to the makeshift bed and no prayer equipment is provided. Conclusion: The facilities are according to the price with all the pros and cons

location near the station, clean room and got a window can be used to exchange air, got a corner room, there is a washbasin, cold AC, spacious and clean room, only minus in front the AC water drips, for the water it always has to be repaired,

Friendly staff, clean hotel, location very close to Malioboro and the station.

In an alley but comfortable, hot water and AC work well, internet and smart TV are also okay.

Overall, it's good for the cheap price, and the location is close to Malioboro, I highly recommend it.

Very good clean room, just difficult to find access.

got a room on the 3rd floor, the stairs are narrow so if you meet someone you have to take turns.. the room is ok but there are lots of red ants on the bed :(( the bed is soft, the AC is cold, the bathroom is ok but the shower is broken so you have to use a bucket but it's still ok.. the TV is also ok overall it's quite comfortable. but if you bring your parents, I don't really prefer it because the stairs are very narrow and you'll definitely get a room on the upper floor. access to Tugu Street is super close, to Malioboro is also very close, it's great for backpackers with friends who travel solo

A minute walk to Tugu Station. Not recommended for those who bring vehicles, because it is in an alley. Clean, just a small room.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, there are Netflix facilities, suitable for backpackers and business trips, the price is pocket-friendly.

The location is quite hidden but still comfortable.

Receptionist very humble, there is smart TV that i can watch netflix but using my account, near with malioboro. Recommended to staycation in here

The location near the station is suitable for transit, only the location is a small alley so there is no parking. Not suitable for families.
