Clean hotel and room with free parking and great amenities

Hotel was clean and well equipped, price was reasonable and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little disappointing but it was included so that’s okay! I would stay again.

Clean, quiet, lots of free parking, good breakfast and comfortable beds

The only downside to this hotel was the lack of fruit options at breakfast. Everything else was fantastic.

For how expensive this stay was, I was not impressed the room was small there was barely any blankets, the shower was dirty cutlery was dirty, there was hair on the beds, i had to call for extra blankets, we stayed for 2 nights and paid over $500

The room was excellent! The stay was excellent! The only issue we had was that a dirty towel from the previous occupants was left hanging in between the shower curtains and the toilet paper wasn’t filled.

I loved the room and amenities. The room had everything we could ask for. Breakfast was amazing and has lots of choices. I did find that a couple of the front desk staff during our staff were slightly unpleasant. It was the only negative from our entire stay.

Les chambres d'hôtel sont beaucoup plus petites qu'elles ne le paraissent sur les photos du site web. Une fois le canapé-lit replié, il n'y a plus de place pour se déplacer confortablement, et encore moins pour s'asseoir au bureau. La chambre était propre, 10/10, très propre. Le personnel de la réception était très sympathique, mais ils ne parlaient pas français, seulement anglais, ce que je n'avais jamais vu auparavant dans d'autres régions de l'Ontario, et encore moins au Québec. Passons maintenant au pire : le restaurant ! Les deux jours, le petit-déjeuner était absolument dégueulasse. Pas la nourriture! la nourriture est bon! Mais!!! Je ne sais pas qui en est le concepteur ou l'architecte, la décoratrices mais il faut absolument qu'il change ! Il n'y a pas assez d'espace ni de tables pour s'asseoir et manger tranquillement au petit-déjeuner. et il n'y a pas assez de personnel ni de matériel pour le grand nombre de clients. Un seul gaufrier prend plus de 30 minutes à attendre. Une seule machine à café, je n'ai jamais trouvé de café !! Une seule machine à jus, deux ne produisaient que de l'eau, et les autres produisaient une pomme et une orange. Il n'y a personne pour nettoyer ! Les employés sont tellement occupés avec la cuisine qu'ils ne peuvent pas sortir pour nettoyer. Vous devez manger devant la poubelle et marcher sur un sol dégoûtant rempli de jus et de lait. Ce n’est pas seulement dégoûtant, cela peut provoquer un accident, les gens peuvent facilement glisser.

Has a full size fridge in the room. Utensils also in the room. The hotel has a nice patio out back for relaxing. BBQ's on the patio for use. pool was also nice. Easy access from the 401 and a short drive to get downtown and tourist attractions. Bed was okay, but the seal around the door was not great allowing a lot of light from the hallway into the room. All in all was nice

quick and easy check in, clean spacious rooms only complaint - breakfast was PACKED got there around 9am and had to wait for pretty much everything…asked twice for coffee there were no plates, no trays and food was gone faster than they could put it out Ended up going to nearby Tim Hortons for breakfast after waiting about 15 minutes and asking two different staff for coffee. Only the decaf coffee was full.
