A beautiful hotel just off the beach. Very clean, with character period pieces stunning tiled bar/lounge. The bar could be available/open more often though. If you want breakfast it needs to be ordered the previous day but there’s much better options very close by.

This hotel is a gem. A quaint little building in the midst of everything you would require. We originally booked 3 nights and then extended to 6 nights. The staff are glorious. The rooms are clean and it is steps to the ocean. I recommend highly and give it 5 stars. If ever in this area again I will definately return. Cindy from Alberta, Canada

Just what I wanted for short stay not a lot on offer at the hotel its self. Breakfast served on the terrace continental type breakfast served to you individually but plenty of places nearby if you require something more substantial. Very nice surroundings quiet hotel but close to all amenities..Room compact but clean and I was alone so plenty big enough for me. Nice pool plenty of sun beds which is great when the weather is good.

Great welcome. Small room but spotlessly clean. We were only there for one night, so fine.

Just a one night stay before setting off on a trip through Andalucia. Great location, close to the beach and tourist centre of Torremolinos. Otherwise, pretty basic, cramped room, not much service.

in general terms the Hotel was OK for what we needed it for. Good location for shops abd Beach. Rooms were small and needed some modernisation. Staff generally were ok although the woman on the desk in the morning could yave been more pleasant. Wifi not available in rooms, only reception area. Coffee not available unless you pre-book day before which was a bit strange. Overall 5/10

This hotel was a superb find. Less than one minute stroll away from the beautiful beach at Carihuela and 30 seconds from a supermarket. It has a car park if you want to drive and explore the area or if, like us, you want to have a relaxing beach holiday it is a perfect spot. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, although some do not speak English well, others were able to provide plenty of recommendations. The continental breakfast service is simple and the same every day, perfect for what we were looking for but not recommended for those looking for an wider choice or cooked meal, although there are plenty of spots a short stroll away. Wifi was available but not great so okay for checking every now and again if needed. Pool area is charming, shady in most places of the garden but plenty of sunny spots for sunbathing, and a lovely clean pool and WC/shower area. Rooms were lovely with a great balcony and A/C and large bathroom. Spotlessly clean - the rooms had maid service everyday and fresh towels were available each day if required. The location is the best thing about this hotel, but the traditional Spanish character and welcoming service charmed us. I would highly recommend to couples and small groups looking for a chilled beach get-away (though not for those hoping for a busy Torremolinos holiday as the area is cafe/ restaurant based rather than evening; most places were closing from 1am).

First impressions great, easy parking nice pool set in little garden oasis, quirky decor friendly staff. The room was basic but ok with 3 single comfortable beds & bathroom quite big with good shower, however there were no facilities for making a drink and no fridge for storing soft drinks with temperatures in mid 30°s a cold drink would have been nice.

Location is great, only 1 block from the major street of shopping and abundance of restaurants, 2 small blocks from the beach. The exterior of the hotel and the area adjacent to the lobby was great, making us feel like we were part of the history of this hotel, great for photos. However, the room itself was very simple with 4 single beds. Some of the beds had decent mattresses and some were really uncomfortable. The air conditioner was difficult to position to avoid it blowing directly onto the face, so 4 of us ended up sharing 3 beds and let air conditioner be pointed onto the 4th bed. Small balcony was nice to relax. Swimming pool and the area around it was very nice. Breakfast was good too, outside on a cute patio. The staff was not very enthusiastic nor provided any maps or information about the area. They gave us the room key (which has to be inserted inside the room for anything electronic to work), TV remote control and A/C control. In my eyes, that made the hotel look cheap. Why can't remote control be left in a room, really? Overall, our stay was good, however next time I would probably look for something else in the area. The only reason I would return if the cost was significantly cheaper compared to hotels in the same area.
