Good location near for most of the attractions sites.

The hotel was good location, good breaksfast too and service.

Basically the room setting make me feel like staying inside a Cell. XD Overall the room and shared toilet is clean. Location is good as Tram station located just 1 min away. Easy access to market square area and some tourist spot by walking . Did not receive any warm welcome from reception , just robotic reply. No special services . Sauna is ok. Love the 24 hour baggage storage which is FOC. Need detergent or soap for the common kitchen as we enter the kitchen , the sink was full with unwashed dishes. We just brush our plate without any soap. Need improvement for kitchen's stove as the stove was not heating up .

This hostel is amahzing! You can cook what you like. Bathroom constantly cleaned up so as the kitchen the whole lobby area on 4th floor is well maintained super duper clean big kudos to the Nepalese guys who's been so helpful during my stay and keeping everythingin order. I ended up extending 3 nights instead of just a night:) The most affordable that won't break your purse in Helsinki 😊. Airport is very near, everything is accessible, I love Alepa groceries just below the hostel whereby you get fresh food all the time. I also enjoy hanging out with different nationalities that making your stay a memorable one. Thank you, CheapSleep for saving me during my Helsinki trip.💙. One suggestion: I stayed in 414 close to the door maybe you guys can keep a note saying."please close the door slowly/ gently"I woke up many times due to some guests not considerate enough to wake up others by banging the door especially after 9pm. Just a suggestion:)

Sorry to say, but we found it so-so. The location was no near from the main train station, and we felt like the check-in time was a little too late, it was 4 pm?! Or maybe is it common in there we just don't get used to it. There was no receptionist desk, we can contact them via telephone. The cleaning service officer was not really friendly too. But the room was okay.

Hotel closed to city centre. Just walk 5-10 minutes.

The location is near to everything. The room is spacious. Breakfast isn't bad. Staff are so nice. Check in is fast.

so far so good. if possible, prepare hot water in room.. because Asian people always drink hot water😀
