Had a pleasant stay. Room was clean, staff was helpful, location is very strategic. Recommend to stat

the location is good but the high way is besides so it's noisy. the room is clean and spacious but the design is old. the bed is soft type unfortunately I prefer firm bed as my husband is over 100kg.

Closed to all infrastucture facilities

I ordered a high floor room and non smoking. In fact I got a second floor room and the whole floor is smoking so I couldn't breathe. Also the room is very small and dirty, cockroaches are everywhere. The room was next to lift, so every time the lift stops the alarm works loud and I can't sleep. The whole experience was very bad and I couldn't complete my stay and checked out early

TV not functioning, toilet Door can't lock. Late check up only allow 30 minutes for FOC. Sound proof are really bad.

I booked this hotel a week ago by paying in full. When I arrived at the hotel at 4 am, the hotel staff asked me to cancel because the room was full.

Room doesn't have any Kettle ، room, which is full of ants and cockroaches but blanket and pillow sheets were clean and chenge every day.

Room got small cockroach. The socket very limited. One room only one socket. Outside room have supply water filters can refill water. Staff okay.
