1. The hotel won't give the room key unless you will leave an ID. This is not even indicated on the check-in guidelines
2. Saw 2 cockroaches roaming around inside the room
3. The front desk and the kitchen staff are not aligned. I ordered a food twice. First I asked the front desk for a 1K change. So I expect that the server will have the chance upon delivery. Unfortunately, the server asked me if I have a smaller bill and need to look for a change. Second order, I asked if I can pay my food upon checkout and the front desk says Yes. However, the server asked for the payment upon delivery and told me that I have to pay. I explained that I already informed the front desk that payment will be made upon checkout but the server insist the other way.
4. Chairs inside are dirty
5. The main door of room 74 has a hole (Not referring to the peephole) and people can peek from the outside
6. They will not give you the remote of the TV unless you will ask for it
7. The set-up is not a Hotel. It is a Motel
