New hotel, clean, excellent service and good value, complete breakfast

The hotel is out of business people! Stay out! Idk why they still open for booking. I arrived then I saw the sign ‘out of business’ so I went to the restaurant across the street. one of the staff bring me to another hotel which I’m not happy with it, but I’m stuck here because I can’t get a refund. The other hotel was ok but the price is cheaper than the price I actually booked. Di Pantai is not ok. Trust me. Don’t stay here.

This is a 5 star resorts. All the staff are very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are very spacious and clean

- Checked in late 40 mins.- dirty bedsheets, they came and replace with a very bad attitude, even no apologies. And even after they change, the new bedsheets are still not completely clean.- bad wifi quality.- no services at the pool, no support, drink, towels.- bad smell in the restaurant area after lunch, like garbage or something.

The problem in this hotel is water.

Good for hideaway. Nice service from hotel staffs. Good facility in room but one thing have to fix, cable TV I couldn’t use TV , no signal. Room is clean, but a bit mosquito inside.

Stayed here for 4 days and definitely will recommend this to friends. Good service, foods, drinks, and affordable price. Only location is a lil bit far from the center. Room and the view was amazing. Thank you

The water from pipe was grey.
