❌❌❌Our family had a bad experience at the hotel. We stayed 3 nights, the hotel required a deposit of 500 balt for each room. After checking out, the cleaning staff checked that the inside of the pillow had stains on it, like mold that had not been cleaned for a long time, and demanded to fine us the entire deposit of 500 balt. After many arguments and the hotel insisted on blaming us and We still accepted and paid the fine.
Then we booked one more night to stay and we discovered that almost all the rooms had similar dirty pillows. Then the hotel apologized and refunded the money even though they previously affirmed that "They will never let customers stay with dirty rooms", after discovering their mistake, they apologized and refunded the fine to us. A lesson for everyone is that when coming to this hotel, you should carefully check every detail, otherwise the hotel will fine you an unreasonable amount and blame you.
