This is my second time staying here. I like it very much. It is clean. The staff are lovely and friendly. The location is good. You can walk down the street to Central Department Store. There are many places to eat nearby so you don't have to worry about going hungry. I plan to stay here every year when I come to Chiang Mai.

Donchan Residence
The room is very good, very clean, there is an elevator, there is breakfast as well. But couldn't eat in time because he had to hurry to the airport Overall, okay, the price is cheap to go to Chiang Mai. I will stay here again. Recommend ✌

The staffs are good, friendly and polite. The room is clean, spacious, with a large refrigerator, TV, and hot water kettle. The kitchen, living room, and bedroom are well separated (like a condominium). Another impressive thing is that the hotel is flexible with late check-outs for guests. If it is not high season, the hotel does not charge an additional fee. It is very fair. This is our third time staying here.
