Hotels in Ras Al Khaimah

I booked two rooms because there were 4 of us and I am a resident in Uae it happened that my ID expired 3 days ago and it also happened that I didn't bring my passport because my visa was on process and the company gave me a temporary ID but my 3 friends were still active when we were check in one Indian female staff said you they can't accept my entry because my id is expired then I said there is a temporary id it just keeps on saying bring the original passport I say again om the visa process he still can't process our check in then there's his boss who tries told me and he said yes because the order has been paid for okay done then I said can we order the connection room he said there wasn't any while I took a deep breath I said okay it's okay the good things is there was a Filipino staff then he came and said mam there is a connection room but smoking room then I said ok because I also vape and I told the Indian staff well we should check first and ask us as your guests and I told him to smile a little because he didn't smile badly at all, the point is not pph I know I was wrong because the power id expired but I booked another hotel that was much past it wasn't like that they still welcome us very, very well but for Citymax at all I will not come back again!
