Resorts in San Juan

The one encharged is not that cooperative but some staff is OK doesn't issue tissue paper not unless you should request for it no hot water for bath overall accommodation is better than not having anything at all.

View from our room is very stunning! Very cheap for a beach front hotel.

The room wasn't really clean. No housekeeping ever during our stay.

Hotel is modernized, very accommodating upon entrance until you checked out. They have complete amenities, they even have hair dryer on the bathroom and cotton buds, rooms are dust free, location is also awesome with the pool and seaside view. Would definitely come back and recommend this to my friends.

Water in the shower is very weak. Toilet bowl don't flush. Ac is old and cannot even make the entire room cold. No hangers inside the room. But staffs are very friendly

Rooms are great, clean beach shoreline. Able to swim nicely. Though water was out for few hour because they were doing something about the pipelines. Nevertheless, it was quite all okay.

The requested room was given with 2 beds as per booking. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast is good too with generous proportions. Will definitely come stay here again if we return to La Union. My only negative comment is they should have shampoo provided as well, not just soap, aside from that, it's good. Thank you.

The hotel is just by the highway, and is near the surfing/party area of San Juan. The staff were accomodating and tried to help us with our concerns. However, during our last day at the hotel, there was no water for the comfort room. We were informed that they're already solving this issue but until we checked out, there was still no water. We had to take a bath at the 2nd and ground floor at the toilets for the Planet G bar (which by the way were still dirty from last night ' s party.).
