Friendly staff and comfortable room.

The hotel apartment location is easy to reach. Close from Metro. Service is also good, the officer help me when I found difficulty to find Metro line to take us to our destination.

Location is the biggest point! You can easily find halal food near the hotel.

The location is superb - just a few steps from Train station and Metro. Room is clean and quiet - good for rest. Luggage can be deposited in the locker at the hotel with the charge of Eur 8 for big size (2 of 30’’ luggages). However, the reception (when we checked-in) was not nice, not friendly and not even in service mood.

Near train station and cleanliness

Room was very basic and we got assigned a handicapped room. We didn't like the experience and it's our first time in paris. Toilet rolls are not refilled even though we stayed for 3 nights and have to call housekeeping. No room slippers provided and need to pay 15 euro for one. No kettle in the room as well. Expected more from a novotel branding.

The air condition only have warm function for Spring. Its sultry sultriness hot and we have to open window. The simple breakfast is good.

The room was good. Everyday cleaned by service team. The location was perfect to start or end with trains or bus. My stay on 5th floor was wonderful until their one and only lift out of service. Thank god, they were helpful to bring my big luggage by stairs to check out. Ask for airport service from hotel. They provided it with limited seat but cheaper than uber/taxi.
