The smell is so bad. Doesn't look like a 2 star hotel. Look like an old house and smelly. Not recommendedto stay for long.

Villa Matanai Candidasa by ecommerceloka
I can't really sleep in this hotel, room is too big and a bit spooky. and the sound of waves are so near and loud I fear of either a storm or tsunami :/ anyway, hotel is pretty nice in the daytime and there is a nice pool to hang around. breakfast food is good too.

Frangipani Inn & Restaurant Karangasem
The Frangipani is a nice little privately owned resort where our host Mr. Sales was of the 1 minute effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The Bugalows are very clean and functional. Especially practical the open air shower and the small but nice swimming pool. In the restaurant you have the possibility to order breakfast, lunch and dinner. Here the chef cooks even national dishes or according to personal wishes. In any case, everything was delicious. For all tourist questions Mr. Sales is also the perfect contact person and organizer for tours to the many sights. We highly recommend the Franngipani. Thanks again for the perfect accommodation!
