The room is comfortable, the AC is cool, and the TV uses Google TV and has a good internet connection. The staff are very friendly and you can order food there. The food is also delicious, including fried rice and smashed chicken (the chili sauce is really good). You can also order seafood there. Basically, when it comes to food, you don't need to go anywhere else.

The downside is that the TV doesn't work because the antenna was still down after the disaster.

Excellent location, facility, service, and meals. Walking distance (5 minutes) to the waterfall, excellent view during sunset as well. Office administrative personnel should work further to avoid sending unnecessary messages to the customer (I. E., requesting for additional charges). It creates confusion for all parties.

This hotel seems newly built. I just hope that it can still well maintained after many years to come, because I definitely will stay there again when I visit Ciletuh. Everything is perfect for the price. 500 m to the beach. If the hotel can add cloth hangers in the room, would be better.
