very friendly staff. upon arrival, the villa is very nice, complete. towels are available, bathroom utensils, full kitchen to cook. very clean, the pool is clean, the children love it. next time if you go to dieng again, stay here, even if it's not dieng... but the house is cool and comfortable

Urbanview Hotel Umbrella Dieng by RedDoorz

When I first arrived here, I received friendly, okay, and extraordinary service. The security is also really good because there are 24-hour security guards for our vehicles 😁. And don't worry if you suddenly get hungry because there is a cafe here that sells food. At that time, I only ordered boiled and fried noodles. It was okay, the taste was still acceptable for us who are not locals. Oh yeah, the room was neat, clean, and fragrant. The toilet was also clean. The water heater worked. And overall, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
