I really enjoyed staying at the Dhika Serenity Hotel. The hotel is close to the ITB Jatinangor and is easily accessible to other locations. Check-in and check-out were also very easy. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Jatinangor.

Nice hotel, comfortable, good service.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very strategic. It's close to various well-known universities, so there are many food options around the hotel. Indomaret is walking distance from the hotel. There's a gas station nearby. A simple breakfast is provided: white bread (can be toasted) and jam, or instant noodles. Coffee and tea are also available. Not bad for filling your stomach before leaving the hotel for activities 😄

Our second stay at this unit, and both were incredibly satisfying! From the first experience when Wi-Fi was not available until now when Wi-Fi is installed, this is definitely one of the upgrades that we really appreciate. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help, the room is clean and fragrant. Not to forget, the beddings provided are also in the best condition—clean, neat, and fragrant, making your rest even more comfortable. Thank you for the consistent and increasingly good service. Especially for room 1261, it is truly our favorite! 👍🏼👍🏼
