The hotel staff was very friendly. My son stayed there for his birthday and received a complimentary surprise from the staff. The room was comfortable and clean. It's very comfortable to stay here, especially bringing a baby, the staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, easy and strategic access, the view is really good, the most impressive thing is that in the afternoon you can eat meatballs/sate and wedang ronde in the hotel parking lot. Kudos to the hotel management for allowing traders to sell in the hotel parking lot 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. God willing, next trip we will stay at the Grand Bintang Hotel again. I stayed here from September 13th to 15th, 2025. I arrived at dawn, and since their shelter only opened at 10:00, I was assisted by a partner driver. All the staff during my stay, both at the restaurant and the hotel, were very friendly and helpful, and the tour guide was also friendly and helpful. It was worth the price and the experience! The hotel facilities are complete, there is a swimming pool, suitable for adults, safe for children, spacious place, lots of shady trees, the sound of river water, cool, fresh air, good and friendly staff service, the food in the restaurant is quite complete, close to tourist attractions in Tawangmangu, thank you.

It was a very comfortable stay. Although River Hill is an older hotel, it's very clean and well-maintained. The staff is also very friendly, even willing to give you directions and recommend local attractions. Excellent.
