It's very comfortable to stay here, especially bringing a baby, the staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, easy and strategic access, the view is really good, the most impressive thing is that in the afternoon you can eat meatballs/sate and wedang ronde in the hotel parking lot. Kudos to the hotel management for allowing traders to sell in the hotel parking lot 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. God willing, next trip we will stay at the Grand Bintang Hotel again. I stayed here from September 13th to 15th, 2025. I arrived at dawn, and since their shelter only opened at 10:00, I was assisted by a partner driver. All the staff during my stay, both at the restaurant and the hotel, were very friendly and helpful, and the tour guide was also friendly and helpful. It was worth the price and the experience! I stayed overnight in Shinta's room. Wow, as soon as I opened the door in the morning, I saw the mountains. I really liked the royal vibe. Best concept!
