Location in the Central of Pekanbaru City, easy access to the central business district.

It's the first time I came to Pekanbaru and stayed at Grand Hawaii Hotel. It has excellent service, good rate, good room, good breakfast and one important things is a good location. I recommending this hotel to stay a while at Pekanbaru. I think if I come again to Pekanbaru, I will stay again at Grand Hawaii Hotel.

Staffs are very helpful and courteous, room is small but comfortable

all staff so nice and polite, room also bigger and + hair dyer, their breakfast super delicious. love to stay here again if I visit pekanbaru again... I would recommend to family and friends to stay here 😍

Very satisfy with the hospitality, clean , neat, tidy. Spacious room (deluxe), nice bathroom. Very good buffet for breakfast.

Great hotel with a lot of the best foods

Great place to stay, great food also. Affordable price, really worth the choice. Will stay here again in my next visit to Pekanbaru.

I love it! I will definitely be back when I visit Pekanbaru. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were polite. And again, the front desk hospitality was great!

Make sure you and your child bring swimming suit if you want to use the swimming pool which the depth only 130m, very safe for little ones. Nice place to stay near transmart (just 10 steps away)

Pelayanan hotel di sambut ramah, harga cukup terjangkau di banding hotel sekelasnya, dengan kamar yang nyaman dan bersih, lokasi sangat dekat dengan bandara. Bagi saya, kurang rasanya bila hanya menginap 1 malam. znice.
