Clean and well-maintained room. The staff are all very friendly and polite, not to mention the great location, which is just a short walk away from the train station and a very convenient supermarket that is open until very late.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The room size is large compared to other standard hotels in Tokyo. The location is in Tokyo Bay, a bit far from Shibuya and Shinjuku. Flanked by 2 train stations with a distance of less than 1 km each. Pls note both of these lines are private lines, which may affect your transportation budget. There is a Lawson convenience store inside the building. Very plus point, this hotel has a direct bus to the airport and a free shuttle to Disneyland. This is very important so that it is not difficult to drag suitcases on the train. Another bonus point, there is a foot massager in the room.

Staff-san no monogoshi ga yawarakakute, hajimete itta keredo wakaranai koto mo kiki yasui fun'iki datta. Fuan ni omotteta yoyaku no kakunin ya heya e no michijun o oshiete kuremashita. Ato choushoku ni dai man zoku! Torotoro no sukuranburu eggu ya furesshu na yasai, kaisendon, hoka no ryouri mo totemo oishii. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and they provided umbrellas and an iron upon request. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Small but comfortable room.

Friendly and very fast service at check-in, comfortable rooms, breakfast menu with dozens of types of food and drinks Japanese and Western style. The location is in the middle of the business center, from and to the airport there are bus limousines at very affordable prices, only Rp. 54,000 per person. Highly recommended hotel.

my best hotel experience, spacious clean room, friendly and helpful staff, great city view free disney shuttle bus and, just couldn't ask for more. we'll be back for sure. highly recommended
