For stain at bed sheet after check-out charged around 50RM to expensive for only one bed sheet. Can buy new one.

Overall stay in middle rating. Kitchen light during check in, blinking all the time. Plate, cup & spoon very smelly. We rewash all the kitchen stuff before get us. Euzmo suppose to remind client to pay at designated parking only. I only know after got clamp by security and pay RM50 to release clamp.

Not happy with the arrangement of contact us where to collect the key. And while sleeping at the night the pvc pillar falls down and knock my wife head. It is so dangerous and most of the deco pvc pillar is loosen. My wife head swollen.

Nice hotel near JSA arena and setia mall (connecting bridge available!). If you want to go to Setia alam area, this is the right one. The food was well cooked and prepared, but I hope the variety of the western (international) menu can be improved.

Booking for double queen bed, only got 1 queen bed. Offer to give I more room but quite and unresponded after that. Bad host. Irresponsible. Not recomanded at all. Toilet is smelly.

Nice apartment with nice scenery. Near to shopping mall. Toilet was so clean. Overall was good.

When purchasing the info deluxe room. In fact the standard room is a cheap bed, the water is not good, only aqua cup 2 cups of towels looks dirty, toilet is not clean. Not recommended, disappointing😁😁😁 Breakfast does not exist, CS is not friendly.
