I really like the friendliness of the staff, especially the front office and the female housekeeper on the 5th floor. I felt their sincerity and warmth when they welcomed me to stay at the hotel. It's not a drawback, it's just that I'm quite afraid to go out at night because the hotel's position is too deep from the main road. It's quiet, so for a foreigner like me, I'm a little afraid to go out at night. Other than that, I really like this hotel.

Very good value compare to the price, 711 nearby. The only downside is that it is quite far from the central, no BTS or MRT nearby.

The hotel room is not new. But the service staff attitude is very good.

Good place to stay, nice staff (the girl in the afternoon shift) and the security he helped a lot. Quiet place and clean.

Nice & cozy hotel, good location but the lights are too dim. when I arrived the hotel , the receptionist was surprised that I booked my reservation from another website. she said all other websites are closed, so booking can only be via their website. check- out time too has been changed, it's 12:00noon, not longer 14:00, which was one of my main reasons. I had to check out before 12:00 & schedule another location for my business meeting😣😣 I think the agent should get to the hotel manager for full details.

The officers from the front desk till room cleaners were not friendly. Even I didn't see any smile from them until I checked out. In the worst case, it seemed to me they endeavored to push me to the trap they prepared. During the stay, they dreadfully insisted that I already made stains on the towels or bed sheets by submitting the warrant to me as if they trapped me in order to withdraw my THB 1,000 deposit. I have never met this kind of treatment from the hotels I stayed around the world.

I stayed here for 4 nights, the room was nice and comfortable. I stayed on the 8th floor, the elevator was not too spacious but enough. The receptionist was friendly. Near the hotel there is a 7-11, close to rajamangala because I went there to watch a concert. On the ground floor there is a self-service laundey, it costs 30 baht and tumble dry 10 baht for 10 minutes. I’ll choose this hotel for my next bkk trip again!!!💙💙

The hotel overall not that bad but the room I have been assigned was bad. The toilet door can not be closed. The balcony door unable to be open
