My plane arrived 8 hours late to Algiers from Tunis because of mechanical difficultly. Then I was held up at the airport for another 3 hours. I arrive at the hotel at 8am. There was no one there. A couple of guys in the front tried to contact the hotel, but no answer. And the hotel looked like it was kind of in a slum. I was surprised because my other hotel through your website, in Algiers, was excellent. I think I should get my money back, they simply took the money and disappeared.

Very good value for money. nice and friendly owners and maids. excellent location close by to supermarket, convenience stores, butcher's, restaurants, tramway, airport, seafront and local masjid. Had a misunderstanding with the type of room booked but this was solved by management as soon as possible. Would definitely go back again in future. No lift so if you are any higher than the 3rd floor it can be quite tiring going up the stairs especially with heavy luggage. the apartment had cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, double bedroom and decent size bathroom/wetroom with shower. No kettle and no iron so bring your own.

The side of the place is great. They are nearby the beach, stores, and the train. The English speaking staff is friendly and work very hard to make you feel welcome. They have a lot of stairs to get to the apartment but for the price and the side just do it!

The people speak English!!! Being from America that was important because I do not speak any Arabic. They go out of there way to help you in any way they can. The apartments are big if you get the right on number 5 was huge so if you come with a family or a lot of people this is the one to ask for. It had everything you needed. The wifi worked each day. But, they did not have towels for the bathroom to dry off with. I can be a little picky but for the money and the fact it was right by the train and the stores were right next door it was great! The beach is also within walking distance. I stayed 3 nights and everyone was welcoming and nice!

Pour passer une nuit, ça peut aller, mais pas plus. Il n'y a même pas l'enseigne Hôtel, j'ai dû demander à plusieurs passants pour le trouver. Agents gentils, serviables mais pas professionnels, mais ça, c'est algérien.

Lors de mon arrivée ils m'ont dit qu'ils préparer la chambre car elle n'était pas prête je suis sortie pendant 1h à mon retour ils m'ont dit qu'il n'y avait aucune chambre de disponible ils m'ont emmené dans un autre hôtel qui n'avait pas le même critère que celui que j'avais réservé . L'hôtel que j'avais réservé était très proche de la mer le deuxième hôtel dans lequel ils nous ont emmené étais en ville donc loin de la mer
