First visit at this property. I was totally impressed with the friendliness of the Staff and their helpfulness in getting climatized to area and dining potential. Although the room was small it was adequate for a good nites rest. Clean linen and room.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel, lots of room , clean bathrooms , and close to downtown! Only downfall was there is no fridge or safe in the rooms

Four day, 3 people stay. Okay location, easy walk to public transportation. Shower not best, but hot water worked great. Beds comfortable enough, spacious room for 3, furniture in room decent but only 2 chairs for 4-person room. Staff spoke very little English. Security entry to hotel. Elevator/lift fit 3 persons. Breakfast an option and smelled good but we didn't eat there but spacious dining room. Daily room cleaning service if you leave your key while out exploring. Traveled mid-April, room had ceiling fan and large windows, did not use air-conditioner. Had street-facing room, noisy at night with cars and busses driving by. Easy check-in/out.

Main likes: The staff were very helpful, ever-present, friendly- attentive.It would be useful for English-only speakers if staff were more fluent, however communications worked out. Location is very central in older town, hence perfect, and well-safeguarded; no safety/security issues encountered. Physically, place is pleasant enough.
Staff kept room clean.
However, rooms are located around a central open space below which is the parking garage, which often resulted in abrupt noises: loud talk, occasional horns and car alarms going off.
Many rooms have no windows and AC worked only intermittently, making for stuffy summer stay, though large fast overhead fan helped.
