Staff were AWESOME and ‘most helpful & accommodating’!!! Common areas require much more attention!!! Poorly appointed but good general common facilities (rooftop space). Noisy with Sth Bne Train Station (high pitch frequency on curves.. hopefully resolved for Olympics)!

The unit is in a great position to walk to shows at QPAC and over to the city. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, pots, etc. and the laundry detergent was appreciated. The mattresses were very hard and a bit uncomfortable. The apartment could be cleaned more thoroughly. The walls were a bit dirty, as were the sliding glass doors. We even wiped some marks off the walls ourselves. I would still stay here again.

Finding the hotel and checking in was easy. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, however for the price we paid it didnt feel luxurious. Quick easy walks to local eateries/ restaurants and grocery store to grab your essential items, also easy walk to Southbank and other areas like museum, qpac, casino, bus and train station. Very tight carpark - don’t bring a large car, the furniture was all scratched, shower doors didn’t fully close so water leaked all over the ground - not ideal with a toddler and a baby, the dryer kept stopping mid cycle so took ages to dry a load. The trains throughout the night are extremely loud, with high pitch sounds as it goes into the station, rooms are not soundproof. The riff raff hanging around the front and area of the hotel made it feel very uncomfortable going out at nighttime

Okay, this property has a few issues. Firstly, the limited check-in times from 1400-1630 are pretty pathetic, in the year 2026. Secondly, trying to find a park whilst you check-in, is near impossible. I had to park illegally in a work zone. Next: the car park is treacherous if you have a vehicle longer than a mid sized SUV, due to a narrow, single lane curved driveway. My car space was wedged in-between a concrete pillar and a rock wall. The apartment itself, looks great on paper, but it's really tired and grubby. Lots of evidence of wear and tear, the windows were dirty, the floor in the living room was stained, the furnishings were damaged. The iron was damaged, the clothes drier didn't have a filter.

Worst mattress I’ve ever slept on and we stay in about 20-odd hotels a year. There is ZERO padding, could feel every spring. I can’t stress how bad it was. My parents said there’s was the same in their room. Rooms are also a little outdated, carpets needed to be replaced a long time ago. Otherwise, it’s a great location with a nice view if you book a good room.

Since I feel that you're pressing me to be picky, then its got to do with transparency & disclosure, kinda like what you'd naturally find in a prospectus or a marketing proposal, which is what advertising is. Such things as "room deposit" and "parking fees" should be part of that marketing beforehand so any buying decision is fully informed up front, instead of the after purchase shock or being forced into "research" (thats not marketing). However, its fair to say that in such areas, where does the Private Sector cite the "Civic Leadership" in areas of disclosure deficiency? Its The Govt Sector, the worst ethics known to mankind to ever consider to emulate. Please we private Sector ppl's are sooo much better.

We were impressed with the city views and balcony area, size of the apartment and proximity to areas we wanted to visit. However, the room had a very bad sewerage/drain smell which didn’t seem to dissipate during the stay. The car park entry is 2.1m but the actual carpark we were given did not fit a larger car in it due to the limited underground parking areas. The apartment was very noisy with city and train noises all night long, which is understandable for the location but if you do not like too much noise, I would suggest looking somewhere else.

The parking was an issue - anything bigger than a small car and there’s problems. The TV had no reception, the DVD player was missing its HDMI cable and remote so couldn’t use that either. The cleanliness could have been better- mould around the shower, the couch had clothes and food in the sides. The location was handy though.
